He currently works as a Service Desk Agent at Brandt Information Services, completing point of sale assistance and customer service, building upon his soft skills and problem-solving analysis. He is involved in Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity and has a passion for creativity and professional development. Upon graduation, Eric hopes to pursue a career in Product Management within the tech industry in a customer-facing environment that values teamwork. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and running his graphic design business.
