Jaylen has experience in both legislative and judicial capacities as a former intern for Florida Senator Bobby Powell Jr.’s office and as a Court Administration intern for Florida’s 15th Judicial Circuit. He sits on the Organizing Committee for UF’s Future of Florida Summit where he helps bring together students, scholars, and professionals throughout the state to propose public policy solutions to Florida’s most pressing issues. On campus, he is an Ambassador for the Student Alumni Association and Secretary of External Affairs for the Renegade Leadership Honor Society.
